We collect only what's necessary to operate our business:

Purchase Information

When you purchase a product, our payment processor collects your email address and payment details. We receive your email for license delivery. We do not store credit card numbers or full payment details.

Support Communications

If you contact us via email, we retain those communications to provide support and improve our products. We won't use your support emails for marketing.

License Verification

Some products may perform periodic license checks. These transmit minimal data (a license key) and do not include any of your personal content or usage data.

Website Analytics

We may use privacy-respecting analytics on our website (no cookie banners needed). This collects aggregate data like page views and referral sources, not individual tracking profiles.

4. Local AI Features

Some of our products offer optional AI features powered by locally-running models (such as Ollama). These AI features run entirely on your device. No data is sent to external AI services, cloud APIs, or our servers. You install and control the AI model yourself.

5. Data Storage

All user-generated content in our applications is stored locally on your device using local databases (such as SQLite). We do not operate cloud servers that store your personal data. Your data remains under your complete control, and you are responsible for maintaining backups.

We use a limited number of third-party services:
